Opening Ceremonies at Rapid River Lions Club
Main Street; south of US 2

10am:
Departure
Proceeding north on US Highway 41
Traveling 27 miles to
Roadside Rest at Kiva

Day 2 / June 18, 2009

10am:
Depart Kiva
Proceed North to Marquette park on Washington Ave.

Day 3 / June 19, 2009

10am - 2pm
Ability Awareness Fair at Park

Day 4 / June 20, 2009

6am:
Depart Marquette

12:30pm:
Arrive at Bay Cliff Health Camp

Our trek will take us through beautiful Upper Peninsula Michigan forest and farm land. If you would like to join any leg of the trip, please contact us so that we may coordinate trek participants. Each leg is from 25-35 miles long. Pledge sheets will be made available SOON.

We are also looking for individuals or groups who would be willing to provide refreshments along the way to trek participants and the general public. If you or your organization would like to help, please contact us as early as possible so that we can coordinate the rest stops along the way.
